If you are searching for a spacious, rustic restaurant with diverse wines, globally inspired small plates and abundant patio seating, Wine Bar George is the spot for you. This establishment is located in Disney Springs at the Walt Disney World Resort. Wine Bar George is the only wine bar led by a Master Sommelier. 

As soon as you walk through the doors at Wine Bar George, you will be greeted by the friendliest, most welcoming staff. The service and employees at this establishment are one of the main reasons why locals love it. You can enjoy a full menu of small plates, cheese and charcuterie boards, and family-style plates and desserts.

They serve brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, from 10:30 am til 2 pm, and lunch Mondays through Fridays from noon til 3 pm. Our favorite small plates for lunch are the crispy mac and cheese bites and roasted pork belly, or we love getting a giant board of cheeses and meats for our table. 

For dinner, we recommend starting with the housemade avocado ricotta or the mac and cheese bites (they are amazing!). The dinner menu is very similar to the lunch menu; however, they differentiate when it comes to the entree and family-style plates. Our other favorite dishes at Wine Bar George are the skirt steak or the grilled whole Greek sea bass. This place is always a huge hit, and we highly recommend it.

Hunger Street Tacos

Who doesn't love a fresh, authentic taco and quesadilla? Hunger Street Tacos is the spot to go to if you are craving either of those dishes. Hunger Street Tacos is known for its creative Mexican-style street food serving both Winter Park and Winter Garden in the greater Orlando area. 

The greatest thing about this establishment is that you will not find a taco on the menu that is over $5. Not only are the tacos so unique and impressive, but they are also super affordable. They also have a ton of vegan and gluten-free options if that is something you look for in a restaurant. Our favorite tacos to get at Hunger Street Tacos are the Suadero taco which is seared brisket, avocado salsa verde, onion, cilantro, and lime. The other delicious one that is a favorite is the Carnitas which is braised pork, onion, cilantro, lime, and guajillo salsa.

They also have other menu items like quesadillas that are more pricy than the tacos, but tons of options to choose from as well. Hunger Street Tacos has small sides and salads like cucumber salad or a side of chips and salsa if you are craving something light. A delicious quick, healthy meal is what you will find at this location.

Four Flamingos, a Richard Blais Florida Kitchen Restaurant

This establishment is located in the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort. Here at Four Flamingos, you will find steak and seafood dishes, all from recipes of the celebrity chef Richard Blais. 

The menu at this restaurant consists of seafood options that are raw & chilled, snacks, salads, lobster, plates, whole fish, and tons of sides. Our favorite dish to begin our dinner with is the crab cakes made with herbed breadcrumbs, fennel slaw, and datil mayo. Another favorite is the chilled stone crab. With this dish, you receive three jumbo claws with curried honey mustard. Anything you try on this menu will be delicious.

Moving on to the main plates at Four Flamingos, you have a variety of options to choose from. The menu contains unique dishes like crab raviolo, cauliflower roast, bacon-wrapped filet, and more. The local favorites are the Mojo Grilled Chicken which is served with coconut rice, black beans,

The Ravenous Pig

The Ravenous Pig is a stylish gastropub that serves inventive New American fare and beers brewed on-site and hand-crafted cocktails. As you walk through the doors of the Ravenous Pig, you will experience a sense of warmth and comfort. The atmosphere at this restaurant is unmatched. If you are looking for a great dining option for a casual date night or a dinner with your friends, this establishment is the perfect spot.

Our favorite dish to begin the evening with is the crispy pork belly that comes with roasted pecans, pickle slaw, jalapenos, and a soy glaze. They have other great appetizer choices, like the chilled octopus or smoked fish dip served with sesame crackers. If you are craving something light, they have a couple of salad options for you to pick from. A local favorite is the gatherer salad.

Moving on to the main dishes, they have various options to choose from, like handhelds, pasta, steak chicken, red snapper, salmon, and more. Our favorite entrees to order are the steak frites served with garlic aioli and truffle fries and the Atlantic salmon served with red quinoa, almonds, preserved lemon, black lemon, black olives, and a yogurt sauce. 

Twenty Pho Hour

Twenty Pho Hour is a top hit in the Orlando area if you love pho as much as we do. This restaurant is known to be America's first 2D noodle bar serving fast-casual Asian fusion cuisine. 

Not only do they have pho at this restaurant, but they have other dishes like stir fry noodles, summer rolls, and a wide variety of appetizers. Our go-to appetizers are the crab rangoons and the fried dumplings. The summer roll with shrimp served with a delicious peanut sauce is a must-try. 

Now on to the pho. They have a handful of pho dishes on the menu, but the exciting thing about this restaurant is that they allow you to create your own pho bowl. This is where you can pick your broth, noodles, up to two proteins, and any additional add-ons that you would like. Twenty Pho Hour is a great place to visit if you have never tried pho for this very reason. Making your dish how you want to start is a great way to try something new. 

Knife and Spoon

This restaurant is located inside the Ritz-Carlton in Orlando, Florida. Knife and Spoon is a signature steak and seafood restaurant conceived and led by award-winning chef John Tesar who was awarded a coveted MICHELIN Star in 2022. 

The atmosphere of this restaurant is very gentle and soft. It is the perfect restaurant for those who are looking for a place to enjoy a five-star meal with their friends and family or to celebrate occasions. An important thing to note about this establishment is that there is a little dress code. They want all their guests to get the whole high-end experience by asking them to refrain from wearing athletic wear, etc. 

Some popular dish options at Knife and Spoon are the tune & foie, the king crab scampi, and the whole fish, served with nuoc cham and lemon grass chimichurri. All the meats are served by themselves, and then you can add sides if you would like. Our favorite side dishes are the kimchi creamed spinach, the Johnny mac and cheese, and the tempura onion rings.

If you are ever staying at the Ritz-Carlton in Orlando or in the area, this restaurant is 100 percent worth the try.

Capa

This is another MICHELIN Star restaurant located in Orlando. At Walt Disney World, you can find Capa inside the Four Seasons Resort in Orlando. This swanky restaurant is known for its modern tapas and steak. Everything you will find on the menu at this restaurant is based on Spanish-influenced cuisine in a romantic setting. The perfect spot to have a date night to celebrate an anniversary or milestone in your life.

Our favorite tapas to begin the evening include the pan rustico, a housemade olive bead, extra virgin olive oil, and saffron butter. This bread melts in your mouth and is the best bread you may ever taste. They also have the option to order Spanish charcuterie and cheese boards for your table that is so fresh and delicious. 

Our favorite main dish items are the bone-in NY strip, which is 16 ounces and served with black garlic puree, and the langosta, a 1.5-pound Maine lobster served with mushroom, spinach, and bernesa salsa. This restaurant is definitely a must-try if you are looking for a high-end restaurant serving fresh, perfect food. 

Se7en Bites

This modern bakery is located in the heart of Orlando and specializes in nostalgic Southern comfort foods with a modern twist. This restaurant is open for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. If you are looking for a place to grab a quick bite, Se7en Bites is the spot for you. A fun fact about this establishment is that it was featured on one of the episodes of "Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives" and was visited by Guy Fieri. 

Our favorite breakfast item is the signature chicken biscuit, a fluffy buttermilk garlic biscuit with red pepper jelly cream cheese, and buttermilk fried chicken. For lunch, we suggest trying the famous chicken pot pie that was featured on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. It is a pot pie made from scratch with tender chicken and epic goodness, with some veggies, of course.

Se7en Bites is an excellent spot for a quick breakfast or lunch.

Luke's Kitchen and Bar

Luke's Kitchen and Bar is known to be a contemporary-industrial restaurant that serves American staples. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner at this destination.

A great dish to start with is the deviled eggs with hot honey, pickled celery, and herbs. It will be the best-deviled egg you have ever eaten in your life. They also serve a variety of soups and salads, our favorite being the carrot and coconut soup with lime juice and cilantro. Moving on to the main dishes, we highly recommend the roasted chicken that is served with crispy fingerlings, spring onion, gruyere, and charred leek.

This restaurant is the perfect place to visit if you want to bring your friends and family to a relaxing lunch or dinner. Everything on this menu is made from scratch and made to perfection for its customers.
